Terrible experience

Going to the movies at Gateway is always such a terrible experience. I was there over the weekend and it was chaos - i think there were only 2 or 3 people assisting at the snack counters. Queues everywhere. I ended up buying snacks somewhere else. Floors were covered with popcorn and spilled drinks. The staff there are exceptionally rude and do nothing to try and assist. I heard so many people there complaining. Sort yourselves out, Ster Kinekor Gateway!!
