Terrible cutomer service

<p>I had a terrible experience at the Kolonade ster kinekor.</p> <p>This Friday I took my son to watch Fast and Furious 8. A lady called Patricia on the floor, asked my son to finish his ice cream that almost finished before he could enter the theater. However another White lady who had coffee from Mug and Bean was allowed to enter. When I asked why should there be different treatment for different people and my movie had already started but she insisted on my son finishing or throwing his ice cream away before entering. She was rude to me and I felt racially discriminated against.</p> <p>We go to the movies to relax and unwind. it is our happy place but this entire episode had upset us and we didn't enjoy the movie. This was unfair treatment and **************. </p>
