terrible customer service

After waiting months to watch Odyssey in imax

I went to see it at their cinema at the zone in rosebank unfortunately there was this big green spot on the screen on the upper top left of the screen that was distracting throughout the movie , it seems this green spot was something to do with the projector and not the screen as I noticed it shifted slightly during the commercials. How am I supposed to be immersed in what im watching if im distracted for 3 hours. I sent them an email regarding this on the 13th of august but it's clear they don't care as they didnt bother to respond. There is a numetro near my home I dont know why I should bother driving to sterkinekor if this is how they treat their patrons.
