Terrible customer service

Oh, what appalling customer service I’ve received tonight. Just enough to ruin our long term relationship with my preferred cinema house. Imagine having to beg to be regarded as a human. I had to greet your cashier twice and the barks back “I said hi” whereas she had just stared soullessly at me after repeated attempts to greet her. After begrudgingly serving me , she shoves the popcorn and flavours into my hands . I had to mantain my cool as I was with my kids and I’ve always said I’ll teach them to respect service staff.
