Terrible customer satisfaction

Myself and a group of 7 ladies went to watch Fifty Shades of Grey last night. We were one of many groups!<br> Not only are movie tickets a ridiculous price now, but every single soda machine was out of order and we were left with the option of slush puppy, water or fruit juice! <br> needless to say I was still disappointed with my choice of drink as the Slush puppy was basically flavour and water mixed - there was no ice/slush what so ever!!!!!<br> <br> I am extremely disappointed and management should take more control over their stock and machinery maintenance as going to the movies is no longer a cheap outing and one would expect the best customer satisfaction.!!!<br> <br> Ster Kinekor should be more prepared and equipped at all times and especially now with such a popular movie!
