Terrible booking experience on app and website

Making a booking through either your website or the ster kinekor app has become a nightmare. On the last two occasions that I have tried to book movies I have had to go in to the cinema, thereby defeating the purpose of trying to streamline the process. Your website and app are full of bugs and make the experience very frustrating. This is supposed t be my kids first cinematic experience and I can't even book their tickets to go.
