TERRIBLE Avengers Experience

I booked for Avengers Endgame the very first day it opened. The money went off my account, I got a booking confirmation and everything seemed fine. I get to the cinema on opening night only to be told there was an issue with the payment, the seats have been double booked and I wouldn't get to see the movie that night. The manager re-booked my ticket for 3 days later when the next best seats were available. A terrible experience! I planned my whole day around this evening and Ster Kinekor had 3 weeks to communicate that there was an error and nothing! There was no attempt to try and remedy the situation besides booking another show. All in all, a woeful experience and really ****ed the excitement of what was a highly anticipated movie. Not impressed.
