Terrible

I stood in a line to pay for items. Then I stood in another line for over an hour to collect the items I had already paid for only to find out that they did not have the items I paid for and wanted me to swap items. When I asked to speak to the manager, the lady blatantly ignored me and refused to call anyone. It was absolute chaos and management made it a point not to be on the floor to assist. We then had to stand in a line to get glasses. Suprised! They ran out, and had to keep us waiting AGAIN! The attitude of the lady when she returned with no glasses was extremely disrespectful. I stated that we are still waiting for the glasses and she in a I don't care attitude stated \ I am waiting to\" By this time we had missed quite a bit of the movie already.Sterkinekor is terrible and their service turns what should be a good experience into the worst experience EVER!!!"
