Tears at the Movies

So we decided to go to the movies...We buy tickets at the ticket till... we go stand in the food and drink que for about 15 looooooong minutes.... we get to the front of the que and are told that we should have ordered and paid our food and drink in front? Where in front? Then the lady points to signage next to the movie stairs and tills. It says something about NO PAYMENTS... And then she proceeded to say "NEXT" and just left us standing there, completely confused.... there is a card machine right next to her but she ignored our obvious signs of confusion. By this time the movie has probably started. We run back to the ticket till, still trying to figure out what we should do. We look back at the food and drink que that is still very long and realize that we will have to go stand in that que again... after we have ordered food and drink (we still dont know how this works) and by that time the movie has DEFINITELY started.. No help, no explanations, no info, no service.... how does that sound for a nice afternoon out? I was left crying in Ster Kinekor and we left with a pathetic refund. ( at least Ster Kinekor offers ONE service... refunds)

No movies, no popcorn, no time with loved ones, a hell of a lot of petrol down the drain, time wasted, and a vert sore heart.
