Tasteless Slushie turns to bitter experience

<p>I went to Ster-Kinekor Northgate on a hot sunny dat to purchase a large slushie as I normally did to cool me down. Though it is expensive, it always managed to hit the right spot.</p> <p>4 weeks ago I came across my first bad experience when the cashier refused to sweeten it for me telling me I was shorting their stock. I tried explaining that the slushie was too watery and he said that how they make it. I called for the supervisor to tell her my unhappiness at being served a watery slushie with little to no taste and she came with an attitude and said that procedure is being followed and that exceptions would not be made as they have to keep stock of flavouring.</p> <p>I asked for my money back and they refused saying they do not refund any product at the kiosk. She then turned around and walked away in middle of conversation and said that she has nothing further to say to me and I should take slushie as they would not re-imburse the money.</p> <p>I left slushie and they said it would be waste and left me alone.</p> <p>I want my money back as I do not believe in donating R31 to Ster Kinekor and not recieving product I paid for.</p>
