System down refuse to help

<p>Ster-Kinerkor's system has apparently been upgraded and implemented however the Edgars club card has not been loaded into the system only vitality cards are working. The staff member said we will then not be able to watch the movie at discounted prices. This movie is a premiere and only shows 15 November at the Vaal Mall branch. This is unacceptable why implement a sytem that isn't yet fully functioning and at R71 per ticket this is a ripoff. Under normal circumstances a discount should be manually added.</p>
