swapping tickets

<p>bought tickets online (3 days prior to show) for baywest cinema in P.E , the show was for 20h00 but unfortunatily something came up and we couldn't make it anymore.</p> <p>i phoned the management that morning and asked if i can swap the tickets for another date , he had no problem and promptly made out new tickets .all he needed was the reference nr on the ticket i bought. He whatsapped me a picture of the new ticket and explained all i have to do is show it to the staff at cinema when i go there and they'll get the ticket from the admin office.</p> <p>we went a few days later to watch the show and received the ticket without any problems</p> <p>thank you so much for this profesional service baywest !</p>
