Surround sound Not Functional

All service was good however the surround sound at cinema 7 @ Brooklyn Mall Pretoria was not working or functional. I went to ask staff to rectify the matter and waited for it to be sorted, however nothi bf was changed or communicated thereafter. My surround sound at home sounded way better than the screen sound for the movie.
