Surprisingly good service

I couldn't watch my movie at the zone rosebank, because of a power outage on Saturday.<br> <br> I now called the call Centre to get assistance with a rebooking. Vigie booked my ticket for today's show and whilst I was holding on the line my Airtime finished and thus cut the call. <br> <br> Vigie then called me back 2 minutes later, where no other call Centre would have called back.<br> <br> You are amazing and for that I thank you Vigie.
