Substandard Ster-Kinekor (Secunda)

It's been 3 or 4 times now that I have had a poor experience at Sterk-Kinekor in Secunda. I will list them here;

- Dirty seats and floors inside the cinemas. - The last time I visited, the cinema had no lights on as you enter, so you are forced to use your own light in order to navigate to your chair. - Twice now the lights in the projector room goes on during the movie. This lights up a large portion of the cinema and is very distracting. It would go off again after 10 or so minutes. This would happen 3 or 4 times during the movie. - I was still watching How to Train Your Dragon 3 when we had a terrible experience. We were watching the last show ending around 23:00. What a lovely show it was with a beautiful ending until the sound cut out 5 minutes before the end of the movie... so we go out to find no staff in sight. As we leave the theatre we find the staff in the parking lot. How is that even possible?

It is a shame that the Secunda Ster-Kinekor has come to this, because all of the items listed above can be changed with proper management. I really hope that these items are addressed. We would like to support you again, but until there are some drastic changes, you will not be seeing me again.
