Substandard movie snacks

Last night myself and friends went to the Northgate 20:15 show of Pitch Perfect 2 at Northgate Ster Kinekor, an experience we had been looking forward to for months. Everything was going great until we started eating our popcorn and drinking our slush. Our popcorn was burnt and stale while our slushes were simply watered down coloured water with a few floating beads of ice. Seeing as we are people who don't treat our selves in such as a manner very often, we were all very disappointed as we expected better products.
