Struggling to get a refund and bad attitude

i am very disappointed in Sterkinekor especially the Polokwane Mall of the North Branch. I have booked online 1 October 2015 for the Hotel Transylvania showing on the 3rd October 2015 x 4 tickets! After driving more than an hour to Polokwane just to go see the movie. The staff would not let us redeem our tickets because according to them our children was under 7 years and the age restriction was from 7 years. After explaining that we came from far just to see the movie and that our one daughter was 7 and the other one was 5. They had a bad attitude and refused to help us or let us redeem the tickets. We paid online and suggested that someone else buy the tickets from us because they did not want to refund us. They refused to help us and just said to phone head office to refund us.<br> I phoned head office several times with no luck. Every operator just give me another number to phone and no one I speak to have \the authorization"to help me. After a struggle i manage to get the number for the \""manager\"". I phoned him/her about 7 different times. The \""manager\"" is NEVER available and even if i leave a message no one gets back to me!!!!<br> """
