I booked a show for myself and husband on Tuesday the 8th of October 2019 for 20:00 to watch JOKER I paid for my ticket at 18:31 I was served by Moegamat Nazeer the reference number:*** for Blue Route mall Ster-Kinekor after purchasing my tickets we went to Ocean basket for supper we placed an order for a starter, main, 1 cup of white hot chocolate and 1 decodant milkshake that amounted to R450.00 with a tip of R40.00 we had our left over food packet in a "doggie box" I reached the movie house at 19.45 paid for my slush n Astros went to another line fetched it and went up the stair case were we met a young man that checks the tickets he told me I can not go in with my food he asked me to give him my packet and said "when you come out mam you can look for me and I will give you your food" wen we came out from watching the movie my husband and I looked for him and there was no staff around. IM DISGUSTED AND UPSET WITH THE SERVICE WE GOT..and I'd like to know what happened to our food????
