stinking service and abuse

We went to watch avengers at the North mead square today. We bought tickets, bought popcon and coldrink etc.Giving the ticket to the person on ticket duty, he looked at my son and asked him the year he was born<br> Promptly he answered the man. He then started calling him a **** and he was short and he can't count. I calmly told the man to count and this is 2015. Which makes him 10. I asked my sister to take my crying son to the seat and I would deal with it. The guy then blocked the entrance and pulled him away. At this point I lost it. How dare he put his hands on my son. The 'manager' just ignored me and would not deal with me. Another staff member addressed the situation. So many nosey people. To the lady that started to swear at me! Let someone put their hands on your child! I am disgusted and appalled? at the lack of competence and complete ignorance of the staff at ster kinekor north mead square. I really am thinking of laying a charge. My poor child was belittled, confused and then man handled! Hideous! He is 10. Only in South Africa. Was it a little bit of power or fun you wanted? Luckily, I know my rights and my son's rights more so!
