Still waiting for the branch manager to get back t

So we went to the Prestige cinema at the Bay west Mall last night. We entered the foyer area, placed our snack order and paid around 6 for our movie at 8. Just before 8 we got seated and our snacks were served to us with the attendant saying she would bring the spices for our popcorn just before the movie starts. So we waited patiently... 30 minutes into the movie still no spice had arrived. I then walked out to ask for spice, in passing, the second attendant came in so I asked her, she rep**** \did you ask for spice' and simply continued walking on. I carried on walking to the foyer area and saw the attendant who served us the popcorn vacuuming the floor. I asked her for the spice she then simply dropped the vacuum cleaner and brought us the spice. At no stage at did any of the attendants apologize for the lack of service delivery and as well the lack of hygiene as the attendant did not even have wash her hands before spicing our popcorn after vacuuming the floor. <br> Add a new Ster-Kinekor Report Inappropriate report?
