Still waiting for refund/highly disappointed

so disappointed with the service I got from sterkenikor Rosebank-The Zone.<br> <br> <br> On Friday I went to watch a movie there with my friends... unfortunately we couldn't watch the movie because of load shedding, so the options where to refund us the money or they sign the tickets for us to watch another day. so we opt for the refund as we wont be going to the movies anytime soon, unfortunately they apparently did not have cash anymore, how ever there was cash for a white couple that came after us.<br> <br> we complained about that we where then promised to get the money Saturday morning... I left my contact details and my banking details but till today no contact has been made and I have not received my money.<br> <br> <br> bad service I must say
