STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!!

I booked and paid for 3 movie tickets Ster Kinekor's web page - my reference number is ***0. I booked and paid for these tickets on 30/01/2015 and my booking was to watch 50 Shades of Grey at Greenstone Mall on 14/02/2015 at 20H00. Due to load shedding, I was unable to see the movie. On 16/02/2015 at 08H30, I called Ster Kinekor to request a refund of my monies. It is now 02/03/2015 and I am still waiting for my refund. It's amazing how Ster Kinekor are very quick to make the customer pay upfront for their tickets, but when it comes to Ster Kinekor having to refund the customer, it takes forever and a day. Another organisation who sits with a \FAT CAT"attitude!!! Perhaps the public should boycott Ster Kinekor. Maybe this will ensure a change in their attitudes and the way they treat customers. """
