STILL NO Response!!!

I sent a complaint on the 14th of February, the 17th I was told that Ster-Kinekor would contact me and I have not heard a thing!! I am even more frustrated with the complete lack of service!! All I am left with is a loss of money on my pre-booked and paid for movie tickets and a bill with over a hour's worth of calls to the call centre! I cannot believe the complete lack of service!! What on earth does someone have to do to get some sort of feedback?? I would expect a call as well as a reimbur*****t on my movie tickets!
