Still no refund

<p>I wrote to ster kinekor more than a week ago about tickets not received and booked online .still no response no apology from their rude manager and my refund has been promised since last week and still not received the excuse is that their finance department is in a backlog so they keep the customers money collect interest and refund later .the service has been pathetic and there is no tcf with this company.Ster-Kinekor Case CAS-52782-J6V9F5 STK: ********** 005718 .I will never use their services again and from what i have read this is a common problem with ster kinekor taking the money of customers and not giving them tickets.A horrible experienced </p>
