Still no refund

It has now been 2 weeks. Ster-kinekor website bombed out after taking my money. I requested a refund, but alas. I even have a reference "Ster-Kinekor Case# CAS-118632-W6X0N4 has been logged. STK: ********** 231034". Replying and requesting service using this reference has absolutely no effect. Totally useless company. Don't care about their clients. Go visit NUMETRO rather. I'm done with Ster-Kinekor.
