I used the online app and paid for 4 tickets... When I called they gave me a ref number saying I can use that to print my tickets on the 15/12/18 I arrived at the movies at Bedford gardens and I couldn't print when we searched for the tickets at the counter they also couldn't I was told to pay again and after the movie we will call and I will get refunded and since this was a gift and the movie was starting I paid again... I later called and was told they will refund me and that was all well I sent them all the relative things needed for my refund and it should of been done before the end of the week... I had planned to use that money for my Christmas gift for my son.... It is now the 26th and still nothing when I email I don't get any further information or answers .. which is ridiculous. Sterkinikor is a bunch of theives that don't give any feedback. .. when I asked for an email address for a manager or supervisor they said they don't have email addresses or contact numbers so I can't even talk to one of them
