Sterkinekor Stole My Money

<p>On 17.09.16 I went to Sterkinekor at Mall of Africa - Cinema Prestige. When I purchased my snacks I used my debit card to make payment. I paid, got my SMS of confirmation from the bank, but the lady helping me told me the payment did not go through even though I showed her the confirmation. I wanted the snacks so I paid again - same result. I then used my husband's debit card to make payment, and this time she was satisfied that the payment went through. On Monday 19.09.16, I checked my bank & saw that the payment had in fact come off my account, twice off my account & then once off my husband's account. I reported this to Sterkinekor, & after emailing my complaint a 2nd time, received & completed forms they sent me for refund. I sent the forms to Elize Madileng on 23.09.16. No refund. I followed up with Elize on 06.10.16 & she ignored my email. To date I still have not been refunded or contacted by Sterkinekor. I am disgusted.</p>
