Sterkinekor Somerset mall

On Sunday 2 February 2020 myself and two friends went to go watch Bomshell at Sterkinekor, Somerset Mall. While watching the movie they had a power cut (not due to loadshedding) and the screen went black. About 5min later the sound went on but we were still not able to see anything.

We lost a few vital scenes. The staff was clearly aware of this and no one came to explain what was happening. When we went out i went to report this to the manager and she was not helpful at all. She simply took my name and said she will call on Monday.

This was pathetic Service - not even an apology from the manager. Extremely poor service!!!
