SterKinekor Roulette - I hope I can get my ticket in time to actually see the movie...

I went to see Black Panther at SterKinekor Lynwood Grove on Saturday 17 Feb 2018 at 14:00, arriving 15 minutes before the show to collect my ticket and get a popcorn. How naïve! The ticket collection counters DO NOT work: you can book a ticket with your credit card, but you can’t pick it up with your credit card – this used to work once upon a long time ago… The ticket collection queue was so long I barely made the movie in time – and this only because a friend I happened to run into realised you could also pick up tickets by manually entering the reference code (but not with your credit card). I barely made the movie in time – I didn’t even try to get popcorn: the queue filled the entire SterKinekor lobby and past that, past Panarottis’ windows, up to Panarottis’ front door, and it didn’t seem to even be moving… Understaffing your establishment in such a way means you are losing out on revenue – if people skip the confectionary stand to not miss the movie you lose money (LOTS, as confectionary at your cinemas is ridiculously expensive in any case) If your systems aren’t working, how can anyone even get into the cinema on time? I have seen the capability to scan a QR Code from your app for entrance at other cinemas, why not implement that here? If people miss the movie or part of it because of your bad service, it also costs you again if those people complain about your bad service making them miss the movie. You are wasting paper and as such negatively affecting the environment by enforcing the need for physical paper tickets – not to even mention the fact that you are actually lucky if you can get your physical paper ticket in time for the movie SterKinekor is going backwards really fast – this kind of experience removes all the fun from actually going to the movies. Please address this and sort out this horribly mal-administered cinema.
