Sterkinekor Mall of Africa- Disappointing service

Poor customer service at mall of Africa Ster-Kinekor prestige cinema. I mean first of all tickets are crazy expensive we place order for snacks which arrive an hour into the movie after I went to physically find out what’s happening with our order. Eventually order comes it’s incorrect lady is rude. Anyway very disappointing experience for us especially after looking forward to a movie outing after so long.
