Sterkinekor cinemas are misguiding people.

Hi sterkinekor,<br> <br> I am Sai Kiran Nalla and I writing this because I had very bad experience. Last week Thursday I had booked JURASSIC WORLD movie tickets on your website for last week's friday show. I can report you 3 problems.<br> 1. I had to try couple of times on moble app and where the payment part is done. always the error is time out. which is stupid as I did not even waste time and was very quick<br> 2. Movie poster clearly shows with white label that movie is prestige and also 3D and actual movie was showing in just 3D and I only realised when i get into the cinema.<br> 3. Email confirmation of my tickets got received in my mail box next dat after watching movie. I had to struggle to get the tickets as I dont have reference number. <br> <br> This is the first time I experience this kind of service from ster-kinekor. I always watch movies at your cinemas and If this repeats again, i think i will have stop watching at your cinemas, will rather buy dvds and watch at home. I will also recommend same to my friends and family through social network sites. <br> <br> thank you<br>
