Sterk kinekor n1 city. The sad place

Some staff was friendly but not helpful in the end. In the middle of a movie I want to stock up on drink and sweets etc, and were told that they are closed. The cinema for infinity wars 3D looked like it was patched with two different color material two side materials where darker and the middle lighter in colour. I have noticed it many times so I feel like Im going to speak up now. Doesnt help you speak to staff. No one listens there. Movie prices aren't cheap you know. Could you improve or is ster kinekor n1 city just the backwater cinema where bad quality and service is the norm? The movie was great but cinema quality was just bad, picture and sound. Its like the cinema is run by underpaid staff and the cinemas are not quality checked from time to time and is run with a minimum buget. Well this will probably fall on blind eyes so yea atleast I said something.
