Ster Kinkeror Promenade - Played Spiderman No way home out of focus

Was very exited to watch Spiderman No Way Home at Ster Kinekor Promenade in Mitchells Plain however my experience was ruined by stall pop corn and worse poor video quality, the picture was out of focus, colours were dull and dark. And there were smudges all over the screen. All speakers were not playing. I had a better experience watching Spiderman Far from home on my PC at home were pictures were vivid and bright where the film at Promenade Mitchells Plain was like a bad bootleg copy you can find all over the Town Centre or at the Bellville Bus and Taxi Terminus.
