Ster-Kinikor victimisation to the Customer

We drove from Westville to Gateway Mall as we prefer Ster-Kinikor Cinemas <br> We went to purchase snacks waited 20 minutes in the line which isnt the issue but rather the way in which we were served We asked the Thobe Mkhize for Large boxes of Astros which is our tradition and a Creme Soda She informed us she didn't have \Large Astros in her Stock\" yet on either side of \"Her Counter\" there was an abundance of Large Astros She blatantly ignored us and when i pointed out \"this abundance of Astros\" Thobe Mkhize told us that this wasn't \"her stock\" and she couldn't sell this to us \"and if we wanted it, we would have to wait in another queue\"<br> I would have accepted this pathetic response if she didn't go to a another station to fill my cup \"With someone else's Stock\" when she had her own \"stock\"<br> We are disgusted as to how this \"rule\" was even mentioned and find it rather disappointing How is it possible to not serve your customers what they want especially when they make such an effort to come to your cinema when Nu-Metro is 5 minutes away from our home This stock be available to any customer is any line Is this a new \"rule\" OR is this blatant arrogance and victimisation to the Customer?"
