Ster-Kinikor - East Gate - Worst Movie Going Experience

Shocking shocking experience!

Started off with the movie we wanted to see cancelled, movie was at 12:30 but when we got there it wasn't showing anymore and the times had moved till 15:00, had to choose a different movie that was double the price as it was the only movie showing at 12:00.

The Imax 3D wasn't working properly as there were purple lines all over the screen most of the movie (yes, i had the glasses on), then the lights came on while the movie was playing and no one told us why, so it was difficult to see the screen for about 20min, then the power went off and i waited 20 mins for it to come on (which it didn't), no one came to tell us why it went off, had to find someone and they said the generators went working and then told me they wont give me a refund for the terrible experience and inconvenience.

They said i must go wait in line behind 50 other people so they can re-book the movie (which i didn't do as the line was insanely long and the movie hardly worked when the power was on),

I have been going to movies my whole life and this was by far the worst experience i have ever had.
