Ster kinikor atmosphere and staff unpleasant

Had a dull unpleasant experience with staff at ster kinikor n1 city mall. The person that was saposed to help us was sarcastic and unpleasant and his body language was unwelcoming.

I took my family of 5 out to watch tron 3d and we enjoyed the movie but the atmosphere and vibe at ster kinikor was horrible, what happened to greeting and smiling and enjoy your movie , im not surprised people in general dont go to cinemas anymore
