Ster-Kinekor's remarkable new low standard of service.

Second time I've had problems at this Cinema. The first time, went to see (The last) Resident Evil movie. Sound so loud myself and a few other left. Did complain - meant nothing, indifferent response. This Sunday 25 November, 2019. Went to see The Girl In the Spiders Web. They started the movie about 30 minutes before the advertised movie time. The solution offered was to return my funds on the ticket. I had to become rude in order for the chaps to actually restart the movie. This incompetence is the new norm guys, get used to it. Further to this, movies shown after a 3D title has played are often dark, almost as if there is a dark filter over the screen. It is the slow slide into an acceptable low standard of workmanship that you have to get accustomed to.
