Ster-kinekors fails

I arrived promptly at 2:15 to see a 3 o clock movie. Ster-kinekor has placed a new system in which you wait in a queue, pay for your order and wait in another queue to collect your order. It was poorly executed and should be disposed of. I then decided to wait in the queue for my order at appointmently 2:30. It is an hour later, at 3:30, and I have still not gotten my order. I cannot leave since I have already paid for it and have also missing the beginning of my movie. I am very disappointed with Ster-kinekor and often come to the movies at least once a week. They can definitely do better.
