Ster-Kinekor's bad booking system

The Ster-Kinkor online booking system is really frustrating. I selected seats, entered vitality numbers etc and it then took me to payment page. We wanted to order snacks but no option was given. I clicked on the go back option to see if I've missed something and it would then not take my vitality number again and the previously selected seats, I couldn't re-select. This whole process happened twice. What a waste of time! Who wants to pay for.sears to then just have to queue at a machine to book snacks! At the movies, no tickets get printed anymore at the machine, they WhatsApp it to you. So if your phone battery dies, who knows!
