Ster Kinekor worst service ever - Dont go to Ster Kinekor try Numetro rather
Booked 2 x tickets to watch John Wick 3 at gateway on Sunday 23 June. Purchased the tickets and meal combos from the ster kinekor mobile app. Sat in the cinema from 9:20am to 9:55am only to be told move has been cancelled. This is so ridiculous , wasted trip (Cost of petrol) , Wasted popcorn meal combo x 2 , wasted movie cost. R251.80 Lost - (2 x movie tickets and 2 x combos) R150 Petrol lost Time lost I want my money back !!! never seen bad service like this in my life. Explained everything over email and sent screenshots of proof of purchases and still no response. Someone rep**** once trying to call me , for what?Why would you wana call me?I am working i want my money back..
