to add major insult to injury they tried the blame it on FNB, but their own systems were bringing up errors and loading forever..nice try though Ster Kinekor ;)

so..i did not get my movie tickets for Endgame on the 25th and was promised a refund.. within 48 hours ..

i then phoned and after a 15 minute hold was informed it would take an additional 6 days bringing my total waiting time to get my money back from 2nd April booking to 10th of April for a total of .... 8 DAYSSSSS!!! FROM 48HRS ( their policy ) TO 8 DAYS WAIT!!

disgraceful and pathetic service.
