Ster-Kinekor will not assist you if load shedding voids your tickets

Truly disappointed. Used to be my go-to cinema. Missed movie screening for which I had purchased 3 tickets for online due to load shedding. Ster-Kinekor is not assisting me at all. They are not issuing me a refund or issuing me with vouchers. Money down the drain because their cinema is unprepared for load shedding, which we have been experiencing for years. I have emailed them, I have called them, and I have messaged them on Twitter. No help.
