Ster kinekor waste of time and money

Just went to Ster kinekor east rand mall, we waited 40 minutes until they told us that they had technical issues with the cinema and could not play the movie. Movie shud have started at 9 am, from 9:15 am to 9:35 am another customer and myself went to find out what was happening, the attendant confirmed it will start, 9:20 am. We went 3 times until it was formally confirmed technical issue. Mean time they explained situation issue was resolved within an hour. I cudnt leave since my boys were watching on the other cinema. I took the day off to spend with my kids, my daughters and my time was wasted completely. No accountability, we had to demand for our refund. Ster kinekor failed in their process 6 times . Had they told us sooner I cud have watched another movie. They don't think about the petrol and parking to go up and down, and as a working mom I can't get my time back. Will definitely not support them again. They lost five customers enjoy.
