Ster Kinekor Vaal Mall - Service issue

<p>I bought tickets for 'the great wall' a few weeks ago, for myself and two friends. After more than 30 minutes of waiting in the cine, we were told that the movie was not going to play. The bill for the tickets and sweets was over R 500. I was told that a refund cant be given at the time, and left my details. No one ever contacted me after that.</p> <p>After that, i went to see Logan at the same Cine, but prestige. The platters we ordered were 'out of stock', there was one platter available. Last night, i went to see Fast & the Furious, this time all the platters were out of stock. 'No food, everything is out of stock'. </p> <p>There is nothing wrong with the cine's, thats why i travel from Vereeniging, the service just needs to be picked up!</p>
