Ster Kinekor unfair, disgusting

Took my 10yo son to Cresta Ster Kinekor to watch Black Panther on Friday 2 March 2018. After we bought our tickets and refreshments we were refused entry. The claim was he is too young to watch said movie. We were refunded the R459.60 we initially paid for our tickets and refreshments. What I find curious is that previously Ster Kinekor allowed my son into the cinema to watch other super hero movies with similar parental guidelines yet refused him entry to watch a movie with an African super hero. What is even stranger is an 8yr old family member was allowed to watch the movie at Ster Kinekor Eastgate, 4 other family members younger than my son were allowed to watch the Black Panther movie in Durban. In allowing these younger kids to watch the movie I believe Ster Kinekor has set a precedent. I called the Ster Kinekor call centre and spoke with some character there who asked me if I was jealous that my son's cousins were allowed to watch the movie and not my son. She then transferred me to some team leader or supervisor whom I discussed the situation with. This disgusting person used the analogy that if a neighbour is allowing his brother to ****** or abuse his kids it does not mean that we all should allow our brothers to do the same to our kids. This putrid person is by no means a person I would want anyone let alone myself speak with ever again. Is this the standard of staff Ster Kinekor employs? This disgusting thing also said she will send me and email with the information she requires and never did. I further want to know the reason for the ************** against my son when clearly Ster Kinekor has previously allowed him to watch movies with a similar parental guidelines and has allowed 5 family members younger than my son to watch the Black Panther movie? I want feedback and a remedy to this.
