Ster-Kinekor Tygervalley

To whom it may concern. Me and a friend went to watch The Hussle tonight at the Tygervalley branch. I was quite disappointed and then shocked about two things at this particular branch. As per usual, we went for supper before our movie started. The meal was quite big so I took a take away. Before entering the Ster Kinekor area, the guy working with the tickets stopped me and said that I am not allowed to take my parcel in. I know the rules and respect them. I knotted my bag and handed it to him. He said that he will keep it in the office. Cool. Went into cinema 2 and was quite shocked when I saw how dirty the floors and seats were. Everything was still covered in popcorn and popcorn buckets were standing everywhere. As far as my knowledge goes, these seats and floors should be cleaned and cleared after every movie?? Worst of all, after the movie I spotted the guy that took my take away. When I recieved it, the bag was open. WHY??? Why would the staff open a bag that did not belong to them? What insurance do I have that they did not touch or do something to my food? I respected yor rules by handing over food that is not allowed in your cinema. Why was I not respected wiyh my parcel being left unopened? If they wanted to know what was in it, they could have asked before conviscating it. I had to throw away a perfectly good meal and end my evening off with a bad Ster Kinekor experience.
