Ster Kinekor Turns away customers after they purchased presige tickets!!!

It's been a year since I have been to the movies with my wife, only to be turned away because they did not plan accordingly regarding load shedding.

Why get my Hope's up???? Why make me get someone to look after my daughter so I can enjoy a night out with my wife, only to be turned away at the ticket office and all you think I want is do you what it cost me too not only buy a ticket for the Prestige cinema, but what a babysitter sitter costs? The priceless organizing to make sure that my daughter understands that we just need some alone time..... no you dont, because you just offered me a voucher for a year!!!! And the bad boys movie will only be in prestige for a week. In which I'd have to make new arrangements to come all the way back to watch the movie.

Load shedding happens and you are not in control of it, I understand that. But as a service rendered company your planning should be on point your IT department should have blocked me from purchasing tickets and stated load shedding would commence at 12 it's not advisable to purchase the tickets!!

I am furious and cannot really stomach what I just experienced, it makes me angry to think you more interested in getting the money than providing a experience it took a year for me to come back!

I am absolutely disappointed as this is time we will not get bac****!
