Ster-Kinekor took my money without giving me the tickets I booked.
I tried to buy tickets for Avengers Endgame on the Ser-Kinekor website.
They took my money but did not give me any tickets- the website threw an error from which it could not recover/refresh, so I had to buy tickets again- from my phone using the app.
Then I tried logging a call for support but this also fell on deaf ears as I received no response.
The Ster-kinekor website is worse than useless as it facilitates billing but doesn't give you what you pay for and customer support is non-existent.
Absolutely pathetic.
