Ster Kinekor to big to respond

I have laid a complaint agaist Ster kinkor along with alot of others and it seems they just dont care about clients dissatisfaction with their services and also seems they treat all their clients like children....I can say already they will send a automated reponce to this ..\Thank you for reporting this.
