Ster Kinekor terrible customer service

We live in Plettenberg Bay and our closest Ster Kinekor theatre is in George. I belong to the SK club and received an email that Venom 3 was showing. On arrival at 11h45 the gate to the complex was still closed. After they opened after loud complaining from me, we were told the movie was only in 3D until Friday. The theatre's at the Garden Route Mall are not very big and I had previously watched a 3 D movie there and did not enjoy the experience. My issue is that on the email sent the movie was available in all formats which was not the case. We drove almost 200km there and back to see nothing. The movie theatre's are struggling and with this kind of customer service no wonder.
